Dr. Kerstin Bolliger

In more than ten years of experience in strategy and marketing consulting, Kerstin successfully served large and renowned companies, dynamic start-ups, and leading institutions. As a Managing Director and member of the Leadership Team, she is co-head of the zehnvier Zurich office.

At zehnvier, she is responsible for business development, client relationships and consulting engagements across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on media & entertainment, food & beverage, and the financial services industry. She brings a wealth of experience in the fields of qualitative and quantitative marketing research, internal marketing, customer satisfaction management and business modelling to her work at zehnvier. Furthermore, she is an expert in market segmentation and Sinus-Milieu® research and actively accompanied and oversaw the implementation of the Sinus-Milieus® in Switzerland.

Prior to joining zehnvier, Kerstin managed major client relationships (including e.g. Swiss Post) at htp St. Gallen, a management consultancy closely linked with the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Kerstin's professional experience also includes leading positions at the Institute of Marketing at Munich University (LMU), where she was Director of the Centre on Financial Marketing and Member of the Board of the FGM Fördergesellschaft Marketing.

As a visiting professor in marketing and marketing management, Kerstin worked for various universities and business schools, including the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich, the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and the European Business School International (ebsi).

Kerstin is a thought leader and widely published expert in the fields of marketing and strategy. She is author of the book "Business Models" and numerous articles in classic Marketing textbooks like the "Handbook of Services Marketing" and "Offensive Marketing". She is a frequent writer for leading academic and business journals, including absatzwirtschaft, Thexis, Werbewoche and Media Trend Journal, and a regular invited speaker at marketing conferences. She also conducts executive-level conferences and workshops.

Kerstin holds a diploma in Business Administration and a doctorate degree from the Munich School of Management at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich. She also is a certified assessor of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
